In most cases you will be working directly with the dispute resolution professional you engage to provide services and their refund policy will be provided to you by them.
For services which are purchased through this website these general terms and conditions apply.
Refunds
Once a service is paid for and provided there will be no refund.
If you have scheduled a service but need to cancel or postpone provide the maximum possible notice to ensure that cancellation fees do not apply. The full terms and conditions of each service are provided during the purchasing process.
Where possible we will attempt to accommodate your needs.
